Deputy Head of Housekeeping

You will be responsible for supervising the housekeeping staff and ensuring order and cleanliness on all floors.

You will represent the head housekeeper in their absence.

Shift management / Responsibility for smooth housekeeping operations

Instruction and training of new employees and apprentices

Responsibility for order, cleanliness, and safety within your area of responsibility

Participation in creating cleaning schedules and monitoring their adherence

You will personally patrol our floors daily and check our rooms.
- Completed vocational training in the hotel or domestic services industry
- Several years of professional experience as a housekeeper in establishments of comparable standards
- Knowledge of staff management
- Good German and English skills
- Team leadership and a warm, welcoming personality complete your profile
- Reliability and resilience
- Creativity and a sense of style
- Excellent empathy, organizational skills, and communication skills
